I support Scale-Up businesses matching their growth ambitions with the right organization and leadership skills. Special attention is paid to how remote/ hybrid teams can work together efficiently, innovative, and ultimately more happy.

I have worked in small ventures and big corporations, collecting more than 10 years of experience as a Leadership Coach and Change Consultant. What excites me is seeing immediate and actual impacts on leadership and workers’ happiness. RE:MANAGE is built to deliver the right knowledge and methods for this mission.

As an advocate for happier people and remote work, I’m blessed to also work as the CEO of Management 3.0 sharing their mission to redefine leadership and management by making it the responsibility of every team member, thus creating happier work environments and more successful organizations.
