Our program Transition into Leadership mainly addresses individuals who aim to improve their leadership skills and desire a hands-on learning experience within their own timeframe.

An interactive learning environment offers to learn skills from various topics quickly and more importantly when they are needed. A mix of videos, workbooks and practical tasks enable you to put your new skills into practice straight away. Additional tools and templates help bridge the gap between learning and doing.

Individual coaching sessions can be booked as needed.

This self-paced program guides you through the most common leadership challenges with individual learning modules and guides you to develop sustainable leadership strategies. Topics are continuously expanded. You can go through individual modules as well as the entire program.

Are you wondering which meetings are necessary and how you can design them so that the participants are actively involved? Or how to improve performance and behavior in the team by giving feedback on a regular basis?

In this module, we will look at how 1:1s and salary negotiations, which are so common in many organizations, can be made more valuable for both sides, and how you can improve feedback and communication in everyday life.

You will receive helpful checklists and other tools that you can implement right away.

Designing a professional delegation process for tasks and decision-making capacities in a transparent and sensible manner represents a central factor for the success of your leadership.

This module helps you professionalize your delegation habits to a point where you will continuously develop your team, increase performance and motivation while finding more balance for yourself. Practical tools and guidance help you integrate the new skills in your daily life. 

Effective time management facilitates your workday significantly. But how do you design a system that works long-term? Using self-leadership as a foundation, you can tailor a suitable system that meets your needs.

This module is about working on your personal emotions and life balance, as well as implementing practical tools that fit into your life and professional context.

It’s just the right module for you if you are constantly pressed for time, feel you don’t have time for “actual work”, are easily disturbed by stress, or feel that you are not working towards your personal goals sustainably.

Our individual Coaching Program offers the opportunity to set your own schedule and is therefore suits your personal routine perfectly.

In your personal virtual learning environment, you acquire the skills you need for various leadership challenges and put them into practice by working on workbooks and transfer tasks. Finally, you share your own challenges or preferred topics in 2 virtual coaching sessions per module. For any questions and specific challenges, we provide you with e-mail coaching.

The combination of self-paced learning, e-mail and face-to-face video coaching helps you develop your personal leadership strategies and resolve current challenges.

Our Leadership Program is designed for organizations that want to collaboratively prepare their leaders for new challenges, e.g., when strong growth calls for new management levels.

Leaders not only gain new expertise that will help them in their workday, but also deepen their knowledge in virtual group workshops. Participating together aligns their leadership understanding, methods and processes. Thereby, your organization systematically develops and the interaction between teams is enhanced.

Having periodic retros allows for agile control of the program throughout its course and adapting it to your specific needs.

This program consists of :

  • Number of modules as required, touching on the leadership topics that are relevant to you and your organization
  • Personal learning environment incl. videos, workbooks, hands-on tasks plus additional tools and templates
  • Two 2.5 hour live workshops per module
  • An allotment of individual coaching sessions for participants
  • Periodic retros with stakeholders/HR to further develop and tailor this program
